Overview

Before you can add any Items to your account, you need to either have at least one Collection or at least one Layout. The Collection and Layout objects act as containers; they hold your Items.

• You can have as many Collections as you want/need.
• The Collections page shows all of your Collections with up to five of the Items contained within each Collection.
• From each Collection you can choose to:
  • Edit one of the showing Items
  • Edit that Collection's Details
  • Manage that Collection's Items (Manage Items)
  • Add a new Item to that Collection

Create New Collection

To create a new Collection:

• From your Control Panel, click the upper left-hand button "Collections" to navigate to the My Collections page.
• Click the "Create New Collection" button at the top of the page.
• Type the name of your new Collection and click "Submit".

Setting Default Values Fields

For each Collection, you can assign a default value for the "Scale" and "Category" fields so that each time you add a new Item to your Collection, these fields will automatically be filled in with your preset default values.

To set a Collection's default values:

• From your My Collections page, click the "Collection Details" link at the top of the Collection object for which you want to set default values.
• Scale:
  • Place a checkmark in the "Use a default 'Scale' value" check box.
  • Choose a value from the displayed drop-down list.
• Category:
  • Place a checkmark in the "Use a default 'Category' value" check box.
  • Choose a value from the displayed drop-down list.
• Click the "Save Changes" button.
